Dude you need to get your hammer stoned.
 While you at it do the auto bolt release mod. If you want to buy new parts I would recommend Volquartsen or Power Custom.

For a less costly trigger, I liked the PC kit that included the adjustable sear, adj. trigger, the hammer, and assorted shims, springs, etc. For less than a hundred bones, it gives you a pretty damned good trigger, and is fairly easy to install and set up. This is the kit I was going to get, but I decided to splurge this go 'round. Besides, I like a 2-stage trigger.
