I just made a cheap prototype. I cut the threading and head off of a 6" 5/16 screw, I filed a flat edge into it, then I drilled 2 holes and cut a line between them with a dremil so that the origional spring would click when it reached the safe and fire position. I drilled a biger hole clear through the left end of the rod and pressed a smaller rod into it so that I would have some thing to grip with my thumb.

It works perfictly, only the rod to it is to long so I cant drop the trigger group back into the stock. my camera's broken so I can't post any pictures.
