All i use is a towl/rag can of CLP and a bore snake.. bring your multi tool and your set..

so far this seems to be the best setup i have found... after braking more then one of the cheap rods i swtiched to a pull through *IE bore snake*..

i use the .177 kit from otis


patches only no brushes, there are also lots of people who just use section of weedwacker line with one end melted to hold the patch and the other cut so it would pearce the patch.
