Yes it works with the steel lips.
Yes they are worth the money, they arn't perfect, but they do save your thumbs. |

I could not live without it! It works great with both kinds of BC mags but no others.

I use mine for BC Hotlips and 30rnd Eagles with no problems.

I like mine. 10/22 mags are the only mags I hate loading.
Mine works on Ramline double stack magazines and Butler creek steel lips. I don't have any hot lips mags to try it on. It works pretty well once you figure the process out. |
