what are some sites that sell these for a 10/22

Are you wanting one for a flash suppressor or a sound suppressor? A sound suppressor requires a LOT better threading, which usually requires a silencer manufacturer to do the custom threading. A flash suppressor isn't that critical in thread alignment, so an off-the-shelf threaded barrel should suffice.
