I have a stainless/synthetic Ruger 77/22 bolt-action .22LR rifle. I'm having the barrel cut to 16 1/4" and threaded for an AAC Pilot sound suppressor. I'm not too fond of the factory stock (with the sunk-in Ruger name on the sides), but have never seen any replacement stocks. It seems like everything is geared for the 10/22. A stainless side-folder would be the ultimate. I've never compared the 77/22 and 10/22 receivers. Any way to modify a 10/22 stock to fit on a 77/22? Thanks.
