check walmart..dealers around here goto walmart to their 10/22s to sell at their shops...lol

I bought my 10/22 with synthetic stock about a year and a half ago for $239.99. Of course a week later I went into another gunshop and the same 10/22 was $199.99[>Q]

Did a little more calling around. Local gunshop: $219 Local GI Joes: $209 Local Walmart: Not in stock and no price. So it looks like I'm probably in for a little over $200... Thanks again. |

Everything at Big 5 is over priced. Stay the hell away from them. Check out the gun shows, You should be able to find one under $200.

I just paid $179.99 plus tax for a 10/22 with synthetic stock, stainless receiver/trigger and blued barrel from Oshman's sporting goods. The same with the stainless barrel was $199.99, but since this is going to be built up to a tack driver, I figured I should just save the $20 off the bat. Academy had the same prices, though they only carried the full stainless/synthetic and the full blued/wood models.
