I am looking to buy a few hi cap mags for my 10-22. Where are some good sources? Also, are there any particular mags to say away from? Thanks!

I have had good luck with the butler creek mags, bad luck with the condor mags..

Best ones have steel lips, but they are rare and very expensive.

Yeah, the Butler Creek "Steel Lips" are the best of the breed but as noted above are very expensive and few and far between. My second choice is the Butler Creek "Hot Lips".

Don't have much experience with Eagle or Condor, but can definitely advise you to avoid Ram-Line. I've had nothing but trouble out of them.

I've had great luck with the Condor steel-lip mags. I have 4, and they all function 100% with the right ammo. YMMV.

Butler creek work great, ramline mailfunctioned every shot in my 10/22.
