Esstac makes a tall KYWI. The only time I shingle a 40 though is if there's a 2 gun stage that needs the ammo, but I just put it in my regular KYWI on my belt.

Elastic pouches like the high speed gear or copies for plate carrier.

They are about as long as an AK 30 rd mag so look at those if you want something with a flap.
