No idea but I can see at least 3 points it will break at over time.

ETA: for an application like this you should go with individual pouches linked together or no more than two in the same. Asymmetrical stresses on the kydex will cause breaks easily.

The bridging of the two units should ideally not be made of kydex, it wouldn't last very long if you took a tumble on it.  HDPE or an injection molded polymer that is flexible is better here.

Lastly the retention adjustments on the pistol mag carrier are too close to the edge, I would expect splitting there, again would be worsened with going prone on it.

Looks like it may be a OTG Triple-Double.

Looks similar to Fury Concealment.  But I don't think they make one for 3 pistol and  rifle mags.  The ones I've seen on their site are dual rifle dual pistol.

If you are carrying a rifle, why carry more magazines for a pistol than for the rifle? Makes no sense.

Could be someone's three gun setup.

Sorry not on my end.  I've got 4 of their holsters, 1 pistol and 1 rifle mag pouch.  I've really liked all the gear I've got for them.  That gunfighter setup looks like it would be very heavy to be carrying on a standard belt.
