I bought 5 pair new with tags MXXL shipped for $99.
I have bought several pairs of MCCUU woodland digital under $30 nwt
And several pairs of Multicam FRACU under $35.

So in my estimation nwt unless you wear some exotic size $20 to $35 shipped.

I buy multicam pants for $20, new with tags. Woodlands should be under $10 (probably all used) but I've never looked at the prices. I have a few pairs from my pops.
