I am thinking about wrapping my klx-450r in multicam.  Anyone have any sources for the material?  Anyone ever done it?  Will post pics of my bike if I do it.

I could, do that to all my rifles.

I think it would be easier to remove the wrap if I wanted to than it would be to buy all new plastics if I decided I did not like the spray paint.

I would however rattle can the get hot stuff with BBQ pit paint.

If the klx has a plastic tank it'll leak gas fumes and peel off the wrap...
Here's my effort...I'd did the seat out of an old vertx soft shell I had knocking around.

Here's what it belongs on...

There are some threads you could search for on advrider that would give you better insight...

Nice bike!  Is that a KLR?

The gas tank on the KLX is matte black plastic, the color starts again on the shroud that goes behind the radiator and covers the sides of the tank.

Yeah, you can wrap the shrouds but not the tank itself.  I'm thinking of doing something similar to my Husky after I peel the PlastiDip off

I've played with some 3M samples from this place, here's the closest thing they've got, you can pick and choose the pattern and color.

Not multicam, but this may be an option. And i think usnightvision is working on a multicam.
