I have some armor from bulletproof me

Its a IIIA soft armor panel and reads stye: NYPD (LAM)

I am looking for a tactical carrier and I am wondering do I have to shop from bulletproof me for this cut or will any armor carrier work in conjunction?

You will probably need an NIJ or custom carrier made. Beez Cimbat Systems is the place to go- good prices and quick turnsround, and can make you exactly what you need.
