Lots of waist belts on assault packs, and some chest rigs have larger buckles.

Haven't seen anything like that myself, but I would email Down Range Gear. He does custom work on attachment solutions and his prices are pretty damn reasonable.

No offense jacksprat, but you need to post much better requirements, and get a thicker skin. It's not up to us to send you an IM to figure out your requirements, nor would that help those answering your original post.
In direct answer to your finally defined question, No, I don't know of a vendor who offers what you want. I would think some simple tri-glides and some back-threading of the webbing trough same would suit your needs without sewing. |

After reviewing all posts in the thread, including edits, I don't see a single instance of a poster calling you any names. I would typically think twice before calling a member of the Site Staff and asshole, but that's just me.
As for your requirements, just go to a local surplus store, pick up the buckle parts you want, and find a local seamstress or cobbler. It will take MAYBE 5 minutes worth of work to have it put together like you want. |

It was a lot easier to use the clip instead of fiddling with the belts when wearing heavy clothes. The OP wants the same thing, but using smaller webbing and hardware. As I said earlier, all the OP needs to do is to obtain the hardware, probably from www.supplycaptain.com, some webbing from www.strapworks.com, and assemble it. |
