I've never used them, but seems reasonable for custom stuff.

I've used them, and you can negotiate on them with prices. Ask for 30% off coupon. Obviously the more they make, the cheaper they are. Think they are the cheapest on the web.

Note: they're made in China. First order (50 patches) took 1.5 weeks. Second (200 patches) took 3 weeks.

I second this.  I had 60 patches made for Cola Warrior East.  Decent prices, and good quality.

I strongly recommend avoiding OML.

You lucked out if you got your order. OML ripped me off back in 2010. They invariably come up in custom patch threads and I've tried to mention this whenever I see their name mentioned.

It may have just been $27 but I despise a thief, especially one posing as a legit business.

I've seen other people complain about them on a number of sites. It really is a roll of the dice.

Shitty situation but it sounds like you're buying a custom product from some cat lady in a one bedroom apartment - you may have to adjust your expectations.

That's pretty much the same conclusion I came to after things went south. I pulled up the return address I was given on Google Earth and it was in a residential neighborhood. Notice they don't have an address listed on the website, for obvious reasons. Sure do have a pretty, new web storefront though.

I placed two orders with them, and both arrived just fine.  Prompt service, and they kept me informed of what was going on.

Meh, like I said, luck of the draw, IMHO. Maybe they're under new ownership since then but based on the area code for the phone number in their FAQ section on the website, I think not. That's the same area I sent my returns to.

Sue kept me, somewhat, in the loop too until she didn't when it came to modifying my order to include a couple custom touches (I really just wanted lighter color thread on existing designs). I searched and I still have the original emails in my Gmail account spanning 33 messages with nothing but delays and excuses from Sue.

Definitely not looking to turn the thread into a pissing match. Feel free to roll the dice on them and take your chances. I'd rather not again and I'd encourage others not to. Like I said, I'm not the only one to get burned by them. Just trying to look out for my fellow ARFCOMmers.

I think it's safe to say they're probably pretty comparable Botach. Yeah, a lot of people have no problem ordering from them (me included! ) but there are a hell of a lot who have and there's no real reason to deal with them unless there are no other options and you're prepared to deal with the potential hassle. Like Botach though, they always seem to rear their ugly head!

I'd say look to a better option like http://www.1800nametape.com/ (whom I've only placed one order with and have no affiliation with) or perhaps one of the others mentioned.
