I am looking for a good rain jacket. Moved from Alaska to Texas and all my jackets are for negative 40. I am 6'4" and 200#, so tall is a must. I am not set on color but bright is not going to happen, Multicam would be nice. I am willing to pay for it.  Any suggestions.  Thank you.

I have two 5.11 Sabre jackets. I am happy with both the warmth and waterfastness of the garment.
I am 6' 4" 265lbs and the 2X fits me fine. It's cut high at the waist so you can get to your gun.

If you are just looking for a rain shell, I recommend the Cabella's house brand.
I have a set of those and also an L.L. Bean goretex slicker that goes all the way to my knees.
I wear those in the Summer as they are entirely uninsulated.
The Sabre is a light jacket, not winter weight. It vents too.
