I have a pair of OTB Bushmasters I'm pretty happy with, but the Bootistans are waterproof.

I ordered a pair, looks like a good boot.

Then I searched online, saw quite a few places listing them at $199ish, and several places blowing them out at $60ish. They must have been discontinued.

I like my Bushmasters a lot –– great warm weather boot. I suspect the Bootistans will be of similar quality, and if so, $60 is a hell of a deal.

Thanks! I ordered a pair and will return a much cheaper generic pair that my non-boot-savvy mom got me. I'm excited to get them.

I found them HERE also for $60 ($65 shipped) in both colors.

I bought a pair of these about six months ago and I believe they are the best boots I've ever had. After years of Vasque & Asolo boots I think I have good points of comparison. It really sucks that the browns in my size are sold out and it looks like they're being discontinued.

I wear a 13, and my Bushmasters fit very true to size. I found the one pair of Lowas I tried to be very short and narrow.

Thanks for the heads-up! Ordered a pair. I have two pair of OTB Ferdelance boots that I picked up when that model was discontinued. They're fantastic. I suspect the Bootistans will be as well.

Mine were just delivered. Fits my normal athletic shoe size just fine. Quality is excellent at first appraisal.

Thank you for the heads up. I already have them in brown/black, so these will work nice. The boots do fit true to size and are a great waterproof boot.

Got mine today and they seem like some great boots! Unfortunately I need to get them a half size smaller; Since I don't but shoes often I didn't realize the ones I'm wearing now run small. So it'll cost me an extra $7 shipping, no big deal.

Mine arrived yesterday, and I wore them in to work last night (was on a plain clothes detail) and did a bunch of walking.

I like them quite a lot. I'll be ordering another pair as a spare.

yep ive had them for 8 months now, i wear them every day. i work in a shipping and receiving dock so they def see some use and ive been through a carbine course with them and so far theyve just gotten dirty
