I am building this chest rig:

I am looking for somthing that matches the low profile of the Eagle rig. The usgi bleeder is pretty nice, but I am worried it will be too small. My wife took the cameras with her, so I can't show what I have now but....
I'm looking to carry a 4" Israeli, a primed gauze http://www.rescue-essentials.com/H_H_PriMed_Gauze_p/30-0145.htm, maybe a tk4 touriquik http://www.rescue-essentials.com/Tourni_Kwik_4_TK4_Tourniquet_p/20-0160.htm, and prob some duct tape.
Are there other options that are under $50? Will that all fit easily in a hsgi bleeder?

I used to own a HSGI B/B pouch and ended up parting with it because it was just too small for my needs.

As far as the contents that you listed above, they will all fit in there. But you may have to do some cramming. Think of the HSGI B/B pouch as being a snug-fitting dual M4 mag pouch..

If it were me, I would look for something that is just a tad bit bigger. I ended up going with an ATS Tactical Small Upright GP pouch with an ATS Tactical Low Profile Medical Insert on my Eagle Chest Rig, and haven't looked back..

ETA:

Oh, in your post it said "USGI Bleeder", and I was thinking about the HSGI Bleeder Pouch. Just sayin'..

There a bunch of other Medical/GP/Utility pouches that would also work. If you want to compare various pouches, check out SKDTAC(dot)com ...

Eagle Industries Medical pouch is just one such option: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TwfE9FdcKDU

BFG Trauma Kit Now.

Does not stick out too far (thickness wise) and will fit in the space you have there.  And, it is awesome.
