Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question about nylon gear straps.

Does anybody ever had a problem with OD nylon straps or gear turning orange? What can I do to remidy this? Thanx in advance.

I had some old Eagle OD gear and packs where all the straps turned/faded a weird shade of yellow and brown - that's about it though. None of the other gear has done that. It's really not all that bad, as it kinda breaks it up into a weird camo.

Most commonly your nylon has come in contact with some form of Bleach . Bleach is bad JuJu to nylon .
