I saw this on the gear porn page (page 74) and wanted one but there wasn't much info on who made it. luckly I was poking around a gun show in Washington and I found the guy that makes them. Here is a short review and some pics followed by contact information.
I bought only the basics of the holster because that was all I needed. All I got was the holster itself (4 short MALICE clips included). It was $100 plus shiping. The whole rig that includes the holster, leg panel, 6 shell holder, and MALICE clips (2 long, 4 short) is $150 plus shiping.
Heres what came in the box

Now with my 870 in it. I got the holster that is sidesaddle compatible but you can get one that is not and has a solid sidewall on both sides insted of just one. If your shotgun has a larger forend like mine did, it will not fit. I had to take off my Surefire forend and put the original forend back on to make it fit. I expected this when I ordered. If you contact SKT and want one custom made to fit a different forend, theres a good chance it can be done.

Note the retention straps. The bungee strap will not work with a stock and does not work well with a low angel pistol grip like mine. It is best when used with a normal pistol grip. It also has a buckle strap. It is reversible and removable. For my application, I chose to not use ether as gravity will keep it in just fine.

I put the holster on the back of my Tactical Tailor T.T.R.A.C. via the 4 included short MALICE clips. This part was a pain to say the least. The holser was so stiff (thats a good thing) that I had a hard time weaving the MALICE clips between the MOLLE. I put it on where I thought I wanted it and it ended up being to low so I had to take it off and do it again. My advice to you- Make sure you know where you want it mounted befor you start putting it on. After I got it in place I could easily pull it out with a little bit of a reach. Putting it back is a lot more challenging but still doable.

The guy who makes these is very freindly. After I ordered it arived within 3 days. SKT is based out of Seattle. You can get it in Black, Tan, OD green, ACU, Ranger Green, or Multicam. You can also order a bungee cord muzzle cap to keep dirt and grim out of your muzzle until you pull your shotgun out. This holster is also great for conneting to MOLLE backpack if your hiking or whatever.
