looks like a hsgi custom piece. those shoulder straps are 100% identical to the ones on the warlord series chest rig. also those are hsgi UMMP pouches, and a milspec monkey admin pouch; produced by maxpedition.

As everyone else has stated, it is an HSGI custom piece.
I beleive 2 or 3 are floating around.. Split Front chest harness w/Cross straps. There is a "belt" wrapping around the back side with 3 rows of MOLLE to attach a buttpack or H2O carrier, which was included. The H2O carrier came with its own shoulder straps and would replace the padded cross straps. There are hangers off of the rig to attach a Battle Belt. Any more questions? CXS |

Having never personally used one, I cannot tell you about function.
But as far as quality, HSGI is hard to beat. I own a TON (Literally) of HSGI kit, and what I've used has all been top notch. Call up Gene at High Speed Gear and see if he'll make another custom rig for ya.. But tell him I also need my All MOLLE "Popper" in Multicam first..

Looks nice...I'd consider it if the price wasn't outrageous. I like my split front MAV but something a little more than 3 rows high would be nice.
