I'm looking for a small backpack about the same size as my Camelback HAWG, with the ability to mount MOLLE pouches on the inside.  Any suggestions?

I haven't seen much of anything with internal PALS webbing at all other than a Kifaru Marauder, and that's a very large, expensive pack.

What about retrofitting your Camelbak?  Make a panel that has the desired webbing on it and then sew it inside of there?

Mounting pouches is good for organization (medics), but is also a good way of eating up space inside your pack.  I prefer individual cases/pouches that you stuff inside.  They will conform to eachother and not hang in place, absorbing space.
