i dont like the combo shooting mat/drag bag. a shooting mat gets filthy, then your gonna put your rifle in with all that dirt. there are cheaper drag bags than the blackhawk, galati, tacforce. i have a eberlestock gunslinger. i use a gi sleeping mat for a shooting mat. i may get a paratrooper case to lay perpendicular to it for better elbow protection.

+1 I invested in a rather pricey BH "Carlos Hathcock Signature" drag bag. The thing picks up dirt and other abrasives, they you roll the thing up and stick you expensive rifle in it.(!) The thing has probably done more harm than good. |
