Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - where to get fabric patterns for MCCU/ACU?

My sister is dating a really talented tailor who can pretty much make anything.  I'd like to get him to make me a pair of utilities built like MarPat MCCCU's, with the slanted pockets and elastic in the waist, but in a khaki or OD green, but I don't particularly want to send him my one set of MCCU's to measure.  Anyone know where I could get the patterns for MCCU's, or ACU's for that matter?  I've looked all over.

I have no idea where you would get the patterns for the ACU or MCCU's.  I doubt they are publicly available anyway.

Just get a set of inexpensive tru-spec copies and send those along with your measurements.

That's an idea...either that or I need to sit down with a measuring tape and pad of paper.  I'm not the best artist in the world, but I think we can make it work.
