I just bought me one of these:

Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack

I mainly bought this because I wanted to conceal carry at work, but I am not able to carry on my person.  If someone saw me packing, I would be fired, proably.

There are so many pockets and pouches on this thing.  IT seems really sturdy.  It is incognito, no one could guess there is Glock 30 in there

I'm in the same situation. I've been carrying a Maxpedition Fatboy to work for a while now and with the large top-zip pocket for my Glock 26, it's a near-perfect solution. People at the office have gotten so used to me carrying the pack and using the first aid kit contents that it's normal to see me with it. I've handed out dozens of band-aids, Aspirin and other things that no one thinks twice. A few have asked me if I carry but I always respond by not answering the question and just stating that it's against company policy.
