Anyone have experience with their gear?

I've heard good things about the quality of their gear. Planning on ordering some mag pouches soon. A good review was posted on Lightfighter.net recently.

AWESOME GEAR. I have a wide variety of things form them ranging from Armor to packs to pouches. They are great quality and have good color. Great customer service too, the only thing is they service MIL/LE primarily, so for a joe, it might take some time to get your gear, BUT THEY GOT SOME COOL @#$)! And they're catolouge is nice and big and colorful!

Does their Battlelab line use the MOLLE/PALS webbing or Malice Clips?

ETA:  Does anyone know if their Camel Tan color match up with the Eagle khaki color or the Blackhawk Coyote Tan?

It uses MOLLE on all battlelab nylon, and it is a tad bit darker than eagle/blackhawk towards actual brown. Much better IMHO.

Thanks for the info, I might have to place an order.

Is that their Coyote Brown color or the Camel Tan color that is darker than the Eagle or Blackhawk?  I only ask b/c they list these two different colors on the website.

How does it stand up compared to Eagle, TT, etc.?

SSeric- Theyre CB is a RICH brown, it is the best color to use for desert and woodland, and thats why I prefer it for personal purchase. The CT is closer to what blackhawk has, or sililar to the darkest brown on the US 3 color desert.

Topgun- Ill put it this way. I have an eagle medical pouch that I bought before I discovered DBT. Its slowly going down hill, from the material getting stuck in zipper to fraying of the nylon. I have DBT mag pouches almost as old, that still look new, I wear them in the desert everyday-all day.

Im convinced the following 3 companies can supply my basic needs for life: DBT, Kifaru, and HK!

scotchrick05, thanks for all the good info.  Sounds like DBT's Coyote is similar to the USMC Coyote Brown.  Also nice to hear someone is making quality gear that is actually available too.

Are there any dealers that stock Diamondback Tactical's products or good sources on buying them?

Oh. Anyone else stock Battlelab gear?

It's their proprietary line, so I don't think anyone else sells it.

Battlelab = Diamondback Tactical.

Your question is akin to asking if anyone else sells Dell Computers.  Go from there...

DBT is great stuff.  Staff is all hotties.

I buy from them cuz they are local, and they can usually meet the demand...

Usually...

Don't hesitate to call and ask if they have the items in stock!

Anyone know if the government issue green Camelbak Storm will fit inside the BattleLab 100oz Hydration Pouch?

I just got in 2 small GP pouches today in Coyote Brown. Quality appears first rate. The color is a VERY close match to my Tactical Tailor, Eagle, and Camelbak gear. I'll have some pics tomorrow. It may be a VERY slight shade darker, so I would figure that the Camel Tan might be a shade lighter (than my TT/Eagle/CamelBak gear). I am impressed so far.

Can you do a few pics of the DiamondBack gear next to the TT, Eagle, and Camelbak  stuff Please?  Danke!

Great comparison pic Hawkeye.  Thanks.

The DBT shade of Coyote Brown looks just like the Marine Corps shade, which is more brown than some of the others.

I was going to say the same thing.  REAL Coyote Brown is Brown, not Khaki.

I prefer the Brownish Green toned "Coyote", but nothing wrong with the Brown

Me too, I think that  true khaki is better over a broader range of environments than the browner shade or a tan.  True khaki has some green like you said and tends to take on the tone of whatever it is around.
