Has anyone ordered from these people before? I'd like some feedback on them if possible. Kind of paranoid ever since tacticalshop.com royaly screwed me on an order I made (its been almost 2 years and I have still not received my order. They have no returned the 20 something phone calls emails and faxs I have left them yet their website continues to update). Thinking about placing an order with them but I want to know if they are good customer service wise.

I ordered from them about 2 weeks ago.  No problems.  Ordered on-line and shipped the same day.  They have a huge product selection.

rstactical, SOE and BDS are all on my "don't buy from" list.  i have very good luck with SKD and triad tactical, they are smaller shops with excellent customer service, honorable mention for TAG, DBT, lightfighter if it's in stock, same with botach, brigade quartermaster for alot of odds and ends. or buy direct from manufacturer. what are you looking to buy?
