I have been wondering about that kind of thing.  I was thinking of using a dump pouch with a shock cord draw string, or something.  I have a beretta 1201fp and a 30 round poncho villa bandoleer, but would like something to go on a belt.

What you want to use it for. During some three gun shoots I have used my sporting clays pouch to carry my ammo. Easy grab and holds alot. Not for rolling around but works will run and gun.

While perusing another thread, I came across these.  Take a look.  Scroll down to shotgun vests:

I just use a dump pouch but the Esstac strips look interesting. They fit into 5.56 mag pouches and can be made to work on a sidesaddle.

The shellcards look nice but I was looking for something like THIS. I guess just a Roly-Poly will work. Just wondering what other options existed in this type.

I use a Spec Ops Brand X6.  It will hold a box of 25, or about 40 loose shotshells.  I don't like the exposed shotshell holders for bulk loads (like birdshot for 3-gun) because my shotshells don't always stay put and fall off.  If I do use an exposed one, it gets slugs or buck as the stage requires.

SinistralRifleman swears to ones made by 3-gun Gear, which are similar to the ones pictured above.  They take a MALICE clip on the back so you can add them to your belt or vest.
