I have seen them at Surplus City in Kileen for $69. no cover on them.
You can find them cheaper, I found a large kevlar for $50 complete in a "hole in the wall" surplus shop. |

mrmilitaria.com , depending what size you need I've seen them as cheap as 45 bucks in there for the regular Kevlar PASGT helmet.
