Have had the shotgun for about 3 weeks and put roughly 400 shells through it.
Then issue is that the last shell sometimes hangs up on the lifter. ,maybe 3-4 per 100.  Lifter stays at the bottom position and the shell is just sitting there.
I can push up on the lifter and the shell frees up and feeds.  Somehow it isn't tripping the catch for thelifter.
I tried polishing the contacts on the lifter where it engages that trip on the receiver but nothing changed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try a stronger magazine spring, especially if this is a used gun and/or has an extended magazine tube.

It's brand new and bone stock.  3 weeks old.
I thought of that as it is almost always on the last shell.
