thanks. I saw it says "all NFA rules apply"...Im still waiting on my stamp, but I thought you can purchase a barrel without a stamp? just can't go on the gun, like a short barreled upper right?

While its legal to buy a short barrel, it's not legal to possess it and the host firearm, even unassembled, until the stamp comes in. "All NFA Rules Apply" doesn't mean you can't buy it, just a reminder that you need to follow the National Firearms Act in its use. |

Same goes for full auto parts, some places will not sell unless you have a class3 license or a stamp. |
