Does anybody know anything about this gun. how is the quality and reliability and what these are worth? any info would be appreciated. thanks

Check out shotgunworld.com.  Just like this place only for shotguns.

There's a section on Huglu over there.  Most folks seem very happy with there's.  I recently picked up an o/u 20 gauge, so far I perfectly happy with it.
