hello. i put one on mine with ghost sights. i used a pair of snap ring pliers to open the ends of the heat shield up to slide over the sights, and then squeezed it back together. it actually worked great. kirk

Cool! I gotta ask, was there any permanent bends in the heat shield? Post em if ya got em

Not a 590, but it is a GRS and shield.
