There is the USMC style that you can occasionally find on Egay, it averages around $200-$250. There is also a Canadian company making one for around $70. It can be found on Egay and here on the exchange forums.

S&J hardware makes a clamp on one for about $80. You can get it from tactical shot gunner in the States.
