Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Adjusting the ghost ring on a 590?

I have a 590 that I have done little or no shooting with, but have an upcoming shotgun shoot. The ghost right is all the way to the right side of the sight. I see a toothed wheel under the ring, but don't know if this is for windage or elevation, plus it seems stuck in place.

Please save me from having to find the instructions on the net and actually read them...

Aimless I am at work and going from memory -

Loosen hex heads, and that crude looking wheel - just start turning it with a flat blade screwdriver. Re-tighten.
