Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What mag extension for 20" barrel?

I just picked up an older 870 Wingmaster with a 20" smooth barrel (and rifle sights).  What magazine extesion will be flush with the end of a barrel?  I'm thinking I need a 3+, but have no way to be sure.  Thanks!

The +3 extension will at least be close to flush if not perfectly even.

Don't worry, I'm not done with it yet.  The clamp, a sidesaddle, and sling are going on it this weekend!!!
