Folks,
I have a LAW 12 that appears brand new.  This is the Franchi shotgun that is similar to the SPAS12.   Anyhow, unlike the spas 12, this is semi-auto only.  No pump.  I fired 8 rounds of bird shot through it.  No problem.  Then, the recoil buffer at the back came loose.  With Chris' help, I found a way to tightly secure it.  OK.  Now, this little brother of the S.P.A.S is acting up.  My Law-12 refuses to fully eject the spent shell.  Of any type (all 2-3/4" buckshot, #8 and even slugs).  The slide comes all the way back, but it does not come smoothly all the way back to pull the shell completely out of the chamber.  I can manually eject the round with a tug on the charging handle, but it doesn't quite clear when in regular functioning mode.  The gas port(s) are completely clean.  All rails were lubed.  Then I shot it with no lube.  Same issue.

Any suggestions?  Anyone speak Italian?

Thanks,
K

Thanks Ikor.  With Chris' help, I secured the recoil buffer (I have the new one), so that is not a problem.  Could it be the return spring?  I hope not.
