Has anyone use one of the thumb hole stocks for the remington 870 yet. I think i saw them in cabelas and i have seen a few in perdon but didnt get the chance to handle or fire one with them on. I was just wondering how comfortable they were and if anyone thought that they were woth the 80.00 bucks. ( i think 80.00) thanks.

My 870 SPS-T Super Magnum Shotgun has the factory thumbhole stock. I really like it, as it makes it easier to hold the shotgun up for long periods of time while turkey hunting. It also puts the right wrist in a more comfortable shooting position.

Being a lefty they are no help to me. Mike.

Yeah it is hard being a lefty some times. Good thing they make pistol grip stocks.
