Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Magazine extension for 1300 defender practical.

I plan on ordering a 1300 defender paractical next weekend.  Does anyone have any experience with adding magazine extensions to them?  I would like to add 1 or 2 rounds to the factory 8 without the extension protuding past the muzzle.  Any suggestions on what brand of extension to grt?

About the only choice for a Winchester is the Choate extension:

With a 22" barrel I don't think they're going to offer one to fit.

Usually, an 18" barrel will take a Plus 2 or 7 shot, and a 20" barrel will take a Plus 3 or 8 shot.

POSSIBLY a +4 or 9 shot MIGHT fit, but I think I'd talk to Choate about this before ordering.
