I have decided on getting me a Benelli M1 Super 90!
 I have read here the argument over whether or not you can have the pistol grip AND the mag extension together on a shotugn. So what's the scoop...can I or can't I??

I like to get the definitive answer myself. I have seen Benellis configured like that for sale in gunshops. They were M1 S90's with the pistol grip and magazine extension and were NIB.

From what I've heard it depends on the state you live in. Supposedly in California there's nothing in its shotgun laws about mag capacities whatsoever.
My problem is I don't know if I should get the m1 super 90 or the m3 super 90

Just play safe: have the rifle stock and the extension; or have the pistol grip stock and no extension.
And send a letter to BATF to verify. |

Could you plug the extension to only allow 5 rounds and still maintain the look?
