Hogue and Speedfeed make them (and others too but those are the best). Brownells and others sell them.

Speedfeed makes one with a 13"LOP, the Hogue has a 12"LOP

Choate's stocks have adjustable length of pull, you just add or subtract spacers 'til you have your desired length.  The initial length is 13" without any spacers, the stock comes with two spacers that are 1/2" each, which brings it to 14".  I have their pistol-grip stock on my 870 and love it.  The Mark5 pistol grip stocks were originally designed for and were supplied to Beretta for their guns, then Choate just made the same model to fit other brands.  Here's a link: Choate Machine and Tool.  Hope this helps-ARKAR.
