Might be on the pricy side, but try Brownell's
Great service, quick shipping. Good folks to do business with, I get all my 1911 stuff from them.

Have you tried bass pro shops? I know they stock a 20" smooth bore with rifle sights there.

I have an extra 18" smoothbore barrel with bead sight and a parkerized finish that I can sell for about $80 + $10 shipping. It is used but in very good condition with maybe some light surface scratches but everything else is very good.

Try Cheaper Than Dirt. I think they sell factory 18.5" barrels, or at least 20" ones.
