Good news!   I saw a stack of Benelli M4LE w/ Evil Features (collapsing stock & mag extension) selling for $1399 at the gunshow today!  While they all sold in less than 10 minutes, I will wait util the price comes down on these.  They were marked M4LE but had no other restrictred language which I thought was odd....

The gun is awesome in its evil configuration.  The retractable stock has three positions-retracted, 1/2 way, and fully exteded.  When retracted, it locks firmly in place without the sideplay found in the civilian 1014 models.

No surprise, there were a stack of neutered 1014 collecting dust!

Pick up 2 for me & send 'em to my dealer so I can finally collect mine, as I've been waiting for over a month now. A Benelli USA rep. claimed they're not expecting to receive more M4's anytime soon, so I'm starting to get annoyed. I can't quite figure out how everyone else is receiving theirs while I'm stuck stewing. I'm beginning to wonder if this particular dealer has some credit "issues" that are preventing them from getting a shipment.
