I'd leave it, I guess, and just make a big notation stating that it only applies to whatever states still have a state-level AWB. That way people aren't confused.

There's no reason for it anymore.  The Federal law has expired.

The state laws are DIFFERENT.  It would be very dangerous for people to assume that states such California simply have their own version of the Federal law.  For example, the California law is a true ban on transfers, and much more severe than the 1994 law.

Quoted:
What states beside New York has a AWB that mirrors the old federal ban and does not sunset?

By "mirror" do you mean follow exactly the Federal ban?  Remember that state laws are different from Federal laws.  It's a rare legislature that enacts a law that simply parrots the language of a Federal law.  There would be no point.

Here, in a nutshell, is the California ban as it pertains to shotguns:

A shotgun is defined as an "assault weapon" in the following way:

A semi-automatic shotgun that has both of the following:

1. Folding or telescoping stock; and
2. Pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action.

or

A semi-automatic shotgun that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine.

or

A semi-automatic shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

In addition, the following named guns are banned:

Franchi SPAS 12 and LAW 12;
Striker 12
Streetsweeper type S/S Inc SS/12

It is a felony/misdemeanor to be in possession of an assault weapon unless it was duly registered with the state before the year 2000.  There are no transfers on registered assault weapons, so no grandfathering.

As you can see, this is very different from the Federal law, and does not "mirror" the 1994 law at all.

Again, I don't think the notice on the 1994 Federal law serves any purpose any more.

Remove it or replace it with state specific AWB laws.

Toss it. Not applicable. Each state will very. Maybe post a linky to a good website like packing.org for pistolas.
