I know of a dealer who said he had the LEO marked Benelli M4 with a collapsible stock  in stock for $1295.  He said it did not have the mag extension though.  

What do you think about the price?

New?  It ain't gonna get much better than that, so I'd jump on it.  Just make absolutely sure that it has a true collapsible stock which is lockable in both extended and retracted positions.  You can add the 2-rd mag extension for another $70.  Congrats!
