I'm thinking about getting a Benelli M4 LE model. Can anyone who owns or has tried one tell me if its worth the money to get one? I own a Scatterguns Tech 870 and love it, but now I want to get a semi shotgun. Thanks for the input.

The Benelli M1014 and M4 Super 90 are the same. Be sure to check out the threads here in the Shotgun Forum.

M1014 has a fixed choke (modified).  M4 has changeable chokes and comes with choke 3 tubes (IC, M, and F).  Why the M1014 is more expensive everywhere, I can't guess.  I'm waiting on delivery of my M4, with stock and mag extension.  Also looking at a TacStar barrel shroud.

Because it is marked "M1014", has an American flag engraved on it, and is serial numbered from "0001" to "2500". There were only 2500 "M1014"-marked shotguns released to the civilian market. Other than that, and the choke issue, the M1014 and M4 are one and the same.

I can't see the chokes raising the value very much. They're like 25 bucks a piece from Benelli. You can get them on Ebay for like 40 for an entire set. Not sure if they're newer cryo chokes fit in the M4.
I've wanted this shotgun since 1998 or so. I'm waiting for it to arrive at my dealer sometime this week hopefully.
I bought the extended feed tube the other day also. Not sure when I'm going to purchase the real deal collapsible stock though.

I'm going to get it. I'm shopping around trying to find a good price and everplace that I've gone to wants a lot for it. The avargae price is $1400. Thats a lot for a shotgun IMHO

I've got a contact to get the 11703 for 1100 bucks plus shipping brand new from a dealer in Mexifornia.
The 11703 has the standard pistol grip stock, and the removeable chokes. Same one I bought and am waiting on it now. E-mail or IM me if you want her e-mail address.
Another 180 and that'll get you a real deal collapsible stock, plus 70 or so for the extended tube.
