All I've seen for sale on GunsAmerica have been the limited edition M1014's. Are the standard M4's even being sold yet?

Agree. Have any no ban benelli's even been imported? I hope we see them, but I don't think it's going to happen this week. Please, somebody tell me I'm wrong. |

The difference between the MSRP of the Limited-Edition M1014 and the standard M4 Super 90 is only $46 -- $1575 vs. $1529.

Either the lighting or color coding is wrong on that digital photo, or there is something wrong w/ the receiver on that SG.

I thought it looked funny too. I think it is the flash on the camera though. Mine did that a few times while doing my own gun porn.
Certain lights tint the atmosphere as well. Impactguns has them listed for less than 1200, plus free shipping. but it says they're out of stock. I wrote them an e-mail to check. www.impactguns.com/store/650350117035.html -Steve |

BTW, what is the difference between the Limited Edition and the standard M1014. Other then supposidly being "Limited Edition."

I emailed Benelli & asked them when someone started claiming that the 'limited' had a heavier bbl., etc., but it's not so. Only differences are the non-functioning skeleton stock & the USA flag engraved on the receiver, per Benelli. |

Impact guns wrote back, and they said they're supposed to receive more in 6 to 8 weeks. I'm skeptical though.
Rather buy one in stock. Interesting about the interchangable chokes in the newer model. -Steve |

My understanding from Benelli is that the M4 (Part No. 11707 - formerly the "LE" version) has a collapsible stock and chokes, but that it does not LOCK in the collapsed position. If you want a locking collapsible stock (in the collapsed position), according to Benelli, you will need to purchase an additional stock (Part No. 70085) whose MSRP is about $180. She said that such models would be available "as of today." What that means for dealers getting them in stock is unknown.

You're about 12 hours late ipgun!
I just ponied up the money for the 11703. I should have mine some time next week. This has removable chokes, and a pistol grip stock. I'll have to do some research to see if I want the collapsible stock. 180 bucks MSRP isn't too bad. Might be a manditory upgrade. I think I did good because it will take forever until the 11707 hit the streets, let alone at a decent price. Any idea if they're going to release folding/collapsibe stocks for the M1 and M3? -Steve |

Yep, yesterday I ordered an M4 (11707) from Impactguns.com. Apparently, there is some confusion over whether this 11707 version includes a "collapsible" stock, which contradicts what I was told by the lady at Benelli. Either way, even if it does NOT come collapsible, Benelli is in fact selling to civilians (as of Friday) a collapsible version of that exact "skeletonized" stock. So, I get what I want regardless of the situation.
As for the M1, I do not know. Once I found out I could get the collapsible stock on the M4, I figured that the gas assist, the receiver rail gave me enough extra value to justify the added cost. I already have an Eotech 552 for my AR mutt carbine (which will be replaced by an ACOG TA31F at some point), so I can just pop that on the M4 and I'm ready to rock. 3-gun matches, here I come.... |
