went to gunstock last weekend and got to try the cavarms SST-870, which is a 870 with an adaptor to use the ar15 buttstock and pistol grip.  this makes the recoil go almost strait back, and was much faster to fire (i felt) than i can with my 1187.

What type of 12G load are you shooting?

i think 2 3/4 inchers with birdshot but dont quote me on that


*edit* no. 7 field loads and the slugs were wolf (the extra shot on the long target)
