I'd call them.  The models they list as fitting the holster are all short rounds (notice they specifically do not mention any .45 ACP Glock models?).  The FNP 45 is a great weapon, but small it isn't.  I would guess that a general-fit holster that will fit a Glock 21 ought to fit the FNP 45, but nothing smaller.
