Apex now has plus 2 extensions for the FNX 45 available. Comes with extension, allen wrench and set screw.
Now 17+1 capacity  Apex FNX 45 Mag extension |

Thanks OP, I have around 20 mags for my FNX so I'll probably order a few of these to try.
They use the factory spring it looks like? |

Got my order today from Apex. And for sure adds a additional 2 rounds
 .No instructions, but remove these parts and compress spring and slide on magazine extension. Install set screw and load up 17 rounds of flying goodness. Remove and discard or save..  Attached FileRetail blister pack..  Attached FileInstalled product for 17+1 45acp   Attached File Attached File |

Works well Don't know if I could trust myself with a hot iron to do a stippling job  And agree FDE would be a nice option |
